At HGI, quality is built into every step of the process. Our comprehensive quality assurance covers Incoming (IQC), Line (LQC), and Outgoing (OQC) controls, all backed by rigorous daily inspection routines. We operate two standard rooms housing 3 CMMs for dimensional analysis, supported by tools like Universal Testing Machines (UTM), Millipore testing, Surface Roughness & Contour Measurement, and a Spectrometer for material validation. Each component undergoes Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) to ensure it meets client specs and internal quality benchmarks.
