Our machining facility is a benchmark in precision and performance, capable of achieving tolerances as tight as 3–4 microns. The infrastructure supports a wide range of operations including turning, milling, drilling, and grinding for materials like aluminum, steel, zinc and specialized alloys. Using advanced CNC technology and precision tooling, we produce complex components for critical applications like powertrain and chassis. Comprehensive CMM inspections and in-process quality checks ensure repeatability and adherence to specifications, while lean practices ensure productivity and reduced waste.
