HGI’s state-of-the-art DOJO Training Center is designed to enhance the technical and behavioral competencies of our workforce through immersive, on-the-job learning modules focused on quality, safety, and productivity.

To this end, we’ve established a comprehensive 8-Step DOJO Training Center at our plant—a dedicated learning space where employees at all levels enhance their skill sets through structured, hands-on learning.

Plans are already underway to replicate this model across future HGI locations to ensure consistent development and operational excellence across all facilities.
